Our pricing is an invitation into reciprocity, not a fixed menu. We call it gift-based resource flow.

How it works

We share a transparent band of what similar projects have required in terms of time, energy, and money.
You share honestly about your organizational resourcing, constraints, and commitments to wealth redistribution.
Together we craft a resourcing pathway that feels generative for your organization, the wider ecosystem, and the mirale collective members that will partner with you for the project.
When possible, we include non-monetary forms of reciprocity: land access, retreat space, mentorship, amplification, or knowledge exchange.

This approach lets us honor the true scale and depth of the work, while meeting you where you are and centering right relationship over extraction.

Guiding principles

No one turned away for lack of funds when alignment is strong and capacity and willingness are present.

Here are a few starting points. If you are holding a more complex or unusual situation, the discovery call is the best place to explore it.

What kinds of projects does mirale collective say yes to?

We are most aligned with projects that are rooted in regeneration, justice, and cultural transformation—often at the intersection of land, community, and organizational life. This can look like long-term business and digital strategy, redesigning governance, culture-building processes, conflict transformation, or multi-stakeholder initiatives that require deep trust-building.

Do you work with corporations or only community organizations?

We work across a spectrum: from grassroots collectives and land-based projects to philanthropic organizations and purpose-aligned companies. The through-line is a genuine commitment to shifting out of extractive patterns and a willingness to do inner and structural work, not just traditional business as usual.

How far in advance should we reach out?

Because our work is relational and often deep, we take on a limited number of projects at a time. Reaching out 2–3 months before you hope to begin allows space for a thoughtful scoping process and, when needed, time to assemble the right collective members.

This said, we love to partner with purpose-aligned organizations and understand that important work doesn't always allow for a 2-3 month notice. We encourage you to schedule a discovery call with us even if your project begins sooner than that. If there is alignment, we will do our best to explore a pace of working together that is within our capacity.

What if we are interested but not sure of the shape of the work yet?

You do not need a fully formed brief. Many collaborations begin with a sensing phase—1–2 sessions focused on clarifying what is emerging, what is needed, and what level of resource and commitment will truly support the transformation you are calling in.
